Naveen Kumar

Investor & Chairman

Naveen started KFC Ventures (Nityo Infotech's Corporate Venture arm) as a vehicle to invest into early stage and growth stage startups globally. Naveen founded the Nityo group of companies way back in 2006 and has over 2 decades of experience in technology leadership. His dynamic leadership style has led Nityo into becoming one of the fastest growing Management Consulting and Technology Services companies globally. Nityo revenues are soon expected to tip the $1 billion mark with an employee strength of over 16000, present in over 30 locations across 25 countries worldwide. 

Prior to founding Nityo, Naveen held VP positions in Ness Technologies and Apar Infotech, gaining vital experience in leading large businesses. He has an acute sense for identifying opportunities and an ability to nurture them into successful client centric businesses. Naveen lives in Singapore and has a degree in Computer Science.

Atul Babu

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Atul has worked for 23 years in Corporate life before starting the entrepreneurial journey.

Atul has played a variety of roles including Sales, Delivery and Operations while working with clients, partners and teams globally. He has successfully opened new markets, businesses and managed Executive relationships. He advises CXOs on Digital Transformation, Technology decisions, IT Strategy and Management.

In his last role, Atul started International Business in PCCW Solutions from zero and in just 5 years’ time, it reached 30% staff in International markets. Under his leadership, the organization has seen tremendous growth across various markets, beyond the home markets of Hong Kong and China.

Before PCCW, Atul has worked with Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Polaris and Alstom. During these stints, he has led Sales, Account Management, Transformation Programs, IT Outsourcing and Business/ IT Services with global teams.

Atul was also the Chairman of IT Committee for Indian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong.

He has delivered talks at universities in Singapore, Hong Kong & China and regularly speaks at Industry events on Technology, Emerging Trends, next generation engagement and personal development.

He graduated in Electrical Engineering from Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur (India), and is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (India).

Sunil Das

Chief Operating Officer

Sunil has 27 years of experience as a Technology Leader in the IT industry.

He has played various roles primarily focussed on Global Delivery Capabilities, Business Development, Outsourcing, Building Technology based Competencies and Creating highly skilled Teams. He has been working with Global Customers for Pre-Sales, Transition, ITIL based Service Delivery, Project Management, Process Implementation and Continuous Improvements, primarily focused on Cloud and Infrastructure Services.

Sunil has worked with organizations like Infosys, Fujitsu, TietoEVRY, Wipro and 3i Infotech. His key contribution was towards Mentoring/Leading/Managing overall growth of Offshore delivery centres. He was also having financial ownership and P&L responsibility for large Global engagements, revenue generation, cost optimization and better profitability.

He is a People Oriented Leader and believes in bridging the Human Aspiration with Technology Innovation. His key objective is Customer Centricity together with Delivery Excellence, Cloud Transformation and Automation (AI Ops).

Sunil is a Postgraduate in Computer Management from Pune University (India) and a Graduate in Computer Science from Nagpur University (India).

Alex Siow

Strategic Advisor

Prof Alex Siow is Professor (Practice) in Department of Information Systems and Analytics in the School of Computing. Prior to the current appointment, Prof Alex was the Managing Director, Health & Public Service at Accenture Pte Ltd.

Alex started his career as a Structural Engineer in the Housing & Development Board in 1981 and rose through the ranks to become the Chief Information Officer in 1989. In 2003, Alex joined the private sector and became the Senior Vice-President in StarHub Ltd. From 2005 to 2008, Alex was the Head, Business Markets where he was responsible for Enterprise Sales.

From 2008 to 2011, Alex was the CIO of StarHub and from 2011 to 2012, Alex was Head, Enterprise Risk Management. Alex was very active in the IT Community. He was the President of the Singapore Computer Society from 1997 to 2001. He was the President of ITMA from 1995 to 1999. He was the first President of the Singapore Chapter of the Project Management Institute and served from 2001 to 2012. From 2001 to 2005, Alex was the Chairman of the e-Learning Chapter of SiTF. He was the Secretary General of the South East Asian Computer Confederation from 2001 to 2002 and the Assistant Secretary General of the Asian ICT Confederation from 2002 to 2005. Currently he is the Chairman of the Cloud Security Alliance Singapore Chapter. Alex is a Board member of the Singapore University of Social Sciences. In the industry Alex is the Executive Chairman of DART Consulting & Training Pte Ltd as well as Chairman of Toffs Technologies Pte Ltd and he advises several start-ups including KiteSense Pte Ltd and Beyond Technologies Pte Ltd.
