Create, Define, Build, Manage AI Ops platform in a Hybrid Cloud environment. Build customer specific solutions and use cases with ability to present solutions/demos. Good understanding of AI Ops, AI/ML technologies, ITOM, ITSM and Monitoring Tools. Experience and Exposure to industry standard Automation Tools like Ansible, Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, OpsRamp etc.

Experience of transforming to AI/ML based IT Operations from traditional manual operations.

Work with partners to create PoC/Demo environments and implement new infra/application architecture.

Build and Manage Automation BOTS, create use cases and solutions for Auto Resolutions.

Sound knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Responsible for leading the Definition workshops

Supports the project team with the development or refinement of process designs

Responsible for overall solution design, ensuring the design meets the agreed business requirements and provides guidance on best practices

Responsible for supporting the Solution Architect through the Capability Assessment module, and for planning and sizing the technical components implementation activities

Performs details analysis to support the running of workshops, development of the overall solution design

To prepare the stories

Supports the project team with the development based on the stories provided, refinement of the process designs, conduct unit testing, assist on the UAT and rectify any bug found during the UAT or within the post go-Live support period.

• Attends engagement governance meetings
• Defines necessary information, reviews and contributes to engagement status reports
• Is the primary point of contact for customer resources, project activities, and escalations as required to achieve expected outcomes
• Manages the customer project plan with input from the Engagement Manager

• Reviews available training on the ServiceNow platform and in-scope applications
• Creates a Project Charter with the Engagement Manager
• Drives completion of the preparation checklist(s)
• Organizes the engagement kick-off and process workshop(s) with the Engagement Manager
• Attends the engagement kick-off

• Coordinates attendance of customer resources for process workshop(s)
• Participates in process workshop(s)
• Collaborates with the Engagement Manager while updating the project plan

• Actively participates in project and Agile Scrum meetings
• Removes customer obstacles
• Transitions to the primary Scrum Master role over the course of the engagement

• Facilitates customer activities through training, testing, go-live, and post go-live support

• Attends the engagement close-out meeting

• Understand the basic QA principles, methodologies, and techniques to test and assure the quality of complex software
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in working with Agile methodology (e.g. Understanding of testing deliverables within Agile and Scrum methodologies)
• Must have 2-3 years of professional work experience in a Software Automated QA Engineer role (e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, Postman etc...)
• At least a year of hands on experience working with Tosca framework (both UI scripting and web application, API) including:
• ability to work independently with Scrum teams (e.g. Scrum Masters, Users), reading user stories, test cases and translate them to relevant Automation scripts using TOSCA
• creation of test case template, module, test case design (tcd), use of different type of parameters
• good understanding of CI / CD Integration, including integrating TOSCA automation in DevOps pipelin
• good experience in reviewing the Automation deliverables & suggesting improvements if any
• Experience in test management tools such as JIRA, AzDO etc.
• Proficient in SQL, DataBase design, able to prepare data for manual testing as well as automated testing
• Can manage defect detection, problem solving and troubleshooting with complex software
• Good communications skills in order to interact on a daily basis with scrum teams, business analysts, users

A diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing.

Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Experience to run Marketing Campaigns and create / maintains Contact Database in CRM.
